How do I know if my tickets have been purchased?

Once your order is validated and paid for, your tickets will be sent to your email address.

You can also find your purchased tickets by logging into your customer account (at the bottom of our website) and then accessing the "My orders" section.

If you still can't find your tickets, your payment may have been declined. Please note that your tickets may end up in your junk mail folder, so we encourage you to check your spam folder.
