Tickets are valid for the chosen date and time. However, in case of delay, you can arrive up to half an hour before or after the scheduled start time (this rule does not apply to the latest start time of an exhibition).

Please note that on busy days, if you arrive at a time slot other than the one indicated on your tickets, you may be refused entry if the following time slots are full.
