Is it possible to buy tickets without a specific date or time?
Yes, absolutely!
We offer 2 options:
- An Open ticket valid for one year from the date of purchase on the day of your choice, without prior reservation. - These tickets are available for sale on site only .
- A gift card is available on our online ticketing platform. You choose the amount you wish to put on the card, and it is valid for one year from the date of purchase for all events. - usable only at the ticketing platform.
I have tickets purchased from my CE, which exhibitions can I see?
CE tickets are valid for all our exhibitions and are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
In order to best prepare for your visit, it is recommended that you consult the practical information page.
Do I have to book a ticket?
It is highly recommended to book your tickets on our online ticketing platform .
It is possible to come directly to the site, but the waiting time may be longer and we cannot guarantee that the ticket office on site will be open.
Is parking reservation mandatory?
No, booking parking is not mandatory but highly recommended.
Indeed, there are two car parks near the Bassins des Lumières.
The first one belongs to the town hall, is free and very frequently full.
The second option is the Bassins des Lumières car park, which guarantees you a space for the entire duration of your visit. It can be reserved online for €2. The car park is not stabilized and has some damaged areas.
Parking spaces for people with reduced mobility are available in the free car park.
You do not need to reserve a parking space if you hold a disability card.
