In this section, you will find all the relevant conditions and information to help you plan your visit.
Book a time slot
All group visits must be booked in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible. At certain times of the year, email requests may take up to three weeks to process.
Booking based on group sizeGroups typically consist of a minimum of 20 people. However, this does not apply to school groups, which may benefit from specific arrangements.
For the best experience, we encourage you to book your school group visit primarily via our “school” ticketing system.
The maximum number of participants per group is 60 for online bookings. For larger groups, please contact our team. Your email should include the date and time of your visit, together with the name and address of the person responsible for payment and the number of participants (adults/young people).
Changing your reservationChanges of five people or fewer can be handled directly at reception on the day of your visit. For changes involving more than five or six people, please let us know as soon as possible so we can ensure a more tailored welcome.
The invoice is always based on the actual number of people present on the day of the visit.
Pricing Information
Groups of 20 or more
Adult: €13.50
Young people: €7 (under 26 years old; no minimum age)
People with disabilities, bus drivers, guides and people on social benefits are entitled to free admission.
Payment methods
- Online: payment can be made by credit/debit card or government-issued payment order (once your booking request has been submitted). Please email us the purchase order so we can approve your reservation.
- On site: credit/debit card or cheque. You may also pay in cash when you arrive, but you must have the exact amount and settle in a single transaction.
Access to the Bassins
Coach Parking
A dedicated free parking area for coaches is available near the Bassins des Lumières. Please let us know in advance if you are coming by coach.

Your visit
Arriving on time
All groups are required to keep to the time slot assigned during the booking process. This schedule helps keep everything running smoothly and ensures the best possible experience for all visitors. If a group arrives late, however, it will still be allowed to enter, although waiting times may be longer if other groups are scheduled.
Mandatory adult supervision
Teachers and youth‑group supervisors must remain with their group throughout the entire visit. They are responsible for ensuring the appropriate behaviour of students or children.
Length of visit
We recommend allowing 75 to 90 minutes. However, the tour is self‑paced and there are no time restrictions.
Enhancing your visit
We do not offer guided tours or audio guides as the experience is an immersive and musical journey.
