You are a visitor with a disability

Booking your visit

  • Admission to the Bassins des Lumières is free for visitors with a disability upon presentation of a disability card or an AAH, AEEH, or ASI certificate. RQTH certificates are not accepted. One accompanying person is entitled to the reduced rate.
  • Online booking is strongly recommended, even if you are eligible for free entry. We cannot guarantee entry to the Bassins des Lumières if all our time slots are full.
  • For a more peaceful experience, please note that visitor numbers can be hard to predict and fluctuate depending on the day, week and time. We recommend coming in the morning or at the end of the day, which are often quieter times (though this cannot be guaranteed). Avoid weekends and public holidays, which are generally busier.
