How to get to the Bassins des Lumières
By public transport
The TBM app is compatible with speech synthesis and can be used to help you follow your route.
Coloured QR codes are displayed at bus shelters to help you access information about the stop using the NaviLens app, including the stop name, distance, the lines served and the next services. Download the app to your smartphone and simply scan the QR code. The code can be detected from up to 30 metres away.
By Hop-On Hop-Off shuttle
For passengers with visual impairments, the buses are fitted with an audio-described commentary channel as well as binoculars.
Visiting the Bassins des Lumières
Assistance dogs and optical aids are permitted. Please make sure that your dog is wearing a harness or vest that clearly identifies its role. You do not need to register your assistance dog prior to your visit.
