Visiting the Bassins des Lumières
To ensure that everyone can enjoy the experience in the best possible conditions, a range of measures and recommendations are provided to accommodate individual sensitivities.
- Assistance dogs are permitted. Please make sure that your dog is wearing a harness or vest that clearly identifies its role. You do not need to register your assistance dog prior to your visit.
- The reception staff are available to help you if you have a question or need assistance.
- While we are committed to welcoming all members of the public, some of our experiences may not be suitable for all visitors. Our immersive experiences include moving images, occasional flashing lights and an immersive sound environment. These features may cause discomfort or pose a risk for people with epilepsy, migraines or vertigo.
- Noise-cancelling headphones for children are available at the ticket office. Earplugs are available for adults.
