You are a group
In this section, you will find all the relevant conditions and information needed for planning your visit.
All group visits must be booked in advance. There is no set booking period during the current year. However, we do recommend reserving your visit as far in advance as possible. At certain times of the year, email requests may take up to three weeks to process.
A group is defined as 20 participants or more.
Book a time slot
Over 20 people
For an optimal experience, please book via the « group » ticketing system (up to 60 people).
For larger groups, you can email a request to our team. Please include the date and time of your visit, together with the name and address of the person responsible for payment and the number of participants (adults/young people).
Rates
Adult: €13.50
Young people: €7 (under 26 years old; no minimum age)
People with disabilities, bus drivers, guides and people on social benefits are entitled to free admission.
Fewer than 20 people
You do not need to book a group time slot if you can pay by credit/debit card. Simply purchase individual tickets; reservations are made directly online via the individual ticketing system.
Changing your reservation
Changes of five people or fewer can be handled directly at reception on the day of your visit. For changes involving more than five or six people, please let us know as soon as possible so we can ensure a more tailored welcome.
The invoice is always based on the actual number of people present on the day of the visit.
Billing and payment methods
- Online: by credit/debit card or government-issued payment order (once your booking request has been submitted online). Please email us the purchase order so we can approve your reservation.
- On site: credit/debit card or cheque. You may also pay in cash when you arrive, but you must have the exact amount and settle in a single transaction.
- Invoice after the visit: bank transfer or government-issued payment order.
Access to the Bassins
Coach Parking
A dedicated free parking area for coaches is available near the Bassins des Lumières. Please let us know in advance if you are coming by coach.

Your visit
Arriving on time
Every group must keep to the time slot assigned when making the reservation. This schedule helps keep everything running smoothly and ensures the best possible experience for all visitors. If a group arrives late, however, it will still be allowed to enter, although waiting times may be longer if other groups are scheduled.
Length of visit
We recommend allowing 75 to 90 minutes. However, the visit is self‑paced and there are no time restrictions.
Enhancing your visit
We do not offer guided tours or audio guides since the experience takes the form of an immersive and musical journey.
