Are the Bassins des Lumières accessible to all ages?

The Bassins des Lumières are accessible to the youngest children, the sound level does not exceed 80 decibels, however, for an ideal experience, we recommend the visit from 2 years old.

Can my tickets be exchanged, changed, or refunded?

Tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

However, you have the option to change the date of your ticket from your account on our online ticketing platform in the "Orders" tab.

The exchange costs €2 per ticket and is only possible once up to one day before your visit.

We thank you for taking care when exchanging your tickets.

If you need to change the date, please:


1) Log in to your account and click on the "Orders" tab, then on the "Exchange" button

2) Select the tickets to exchange
3) Choose a date, a time slot, the price, and the number of tickets for each price if there are multiple options.
4) proceed to payment of the exchange fees.

In the event that Culturespaces cancels the service listed on the ticket, customer service will contact you as soon as possible by email or SMS to inform you and offer you:
- or, if possible, with the same ticket, rescheduling the service in question to a different day and/or time(s),
- either a refund of the ticket in question, specifying the terms and conditions.

Do I need to print my tickets?

No, you can present your tickets on your smartphone.

How long can I stay parked in the Bassins des Lumières car park?

We ask that you remain parked in the Bassins des Lumières car park only for the duration of your visit and therefore reserve a space on our online ticketing system at the same time as your visit.
